GERMAN HEFEWEIZEN

Made from traditional wheat and pilsner malts. A subdued noble hop character allows the banana and clove flavors to shine.

RAUCHBIER

Brewed in collaboration with Hayes’ Public House in Buffalo, MN. This Smokey beer deviates from the norm by fermenting with our Kölsch yeast.

ABV: 6.8% IBU: 25 SRM: 30.6

KETTLE SOUR

This sour is slightly tart and heavy on flavors of passionfruit, peach, grapefruit, guava, and pineapple.

ABV: 6.4% IBU: 5 SRM: 5

SPEZIELL MÄRZEN

A special edition Märzen: we started with a conventional malt bill and added a dose of Special W malt that gives this traditional style a boost of dark fruit flavor aroma.

ABV: 6.8% IBU: 16.7 SRM: 12.7

KÖLSCH

A hybrid beer with a lightly fruity yeast note in aroma and taste, as well as a pleasant hoppy bitterness.

ABV: 5.5% IBU: 26 SRM: 5

FRENCH SAISON

A light malt bill lets this complex French style yeast show it’s spicy and herbal characteristics.

ABV: 5.4% IBU: 30 SRM: 6.7

RED RYE

A deep coppery-red brewed with rye malt that lends a sweet maltiness.

ABV: 5.6% IBU: 21 SRM15.9

NZ COLD IPA

Our cold IPA uses a light malt bill, lager yeast, and New Zealand variety hops to create a crisp, refreshing cold one.

ABV: 6.2% IBU: 62.8 SRM: 6.2

HONEY MALT HAZY IPA

Session strength with an extra dose of Honey Malt that lends an intense malty sweetness. Dry hopped with Galaxy and Citra hops.

ABV: 6 % IBU: 42 SRM: 9

AMERICAN IPA

All-American IPA with a light malt backbone, brewed exclusively with Centennial hops.

ABV: 6.1% IBU: 61 SRM: 69

AMBER ALE

A higher IBU take on a seriously malty style. Plenty of Vienna & Caramel malts to stay true to its roots.

ABV: 5.4% IBU: 35 SRM: 14

MANA SELTZER

A full-bodied hard seltzer base with rotational flavor infusions.

ABV: 6.5% IBU: 0 SRM: 0
