GERMAN HEFEWEIZEN

Made from traditional wheat and pilsner malts. A subdued noble hop character allows the banana and clove flavors to shine.

ABV: 4.4% IBU: 12 SRM: 3

GOSÉ SOUR

A sour and slightly salty, but refreshing beer brewed with wheat and coriander.

ABV: 4.8% IBU: 11.2  SRM:3.5

FRENCH SAISON

A light malt bill lets this complex French style yeast show it’s spicy and herbal characteristics.

ABV: 5.4% IBU: 30 SRM: 6.7

ALTBIER

This style from Dűsseldorf has a copper, malty base with light, but complex fruity aroma and flavor.

ABV: 4.6% IBU: 37 SRM:14.6

RED RYE

A deep coopery-red brewed with rye malt that lends a sweet maltiness.

ABV: 5.6% IBU: 21 SRM: 15.9

DOUBLE HAZY IPA (10oz pour)

A double strength Hazy. this beer hits all the classic hazy notes and will surprise you with it’s incredible smoothness and drinkability.

ABV: 8 % IBU: 39 SRM6.6

HONEY MALT HAZY IPA

Session strength with an extra dose of Honey Malt that lends an intense malty sweetness. Dry hopped with Galaxy and Citra hops.

ABV: 5.5 % IBU: 42 SRM: 9

NZ COLD IPA

Our cold IPA uses a light malt bill, lager yeast, and New Zealand variety hops to create a crisp, refreshing cold one.

ABV: 6.2% IBU: 62.8 SRM: 6.2

AMERICAN IPA

All-American IPA with a light malt backbone, brewed exclusively with Centennial hops.

ABV: 6.9% IBU: 69 SRM: 12.6

SCHWARZBIER

A collaboration with Hayes’ Public House this is a dark German-style lager with a smooth, roasted malt flavor, a hint of smoke, and a clean finish.

ABV: 5.3% IBU: 25 SRM: 22.7

BARREL-AGED PASTRY STOUT

A decadent Neapolitan pastry stout, aged 14 months in a Crooked Water Bourbon Barrel. Offering notes of strawberry, chocolate, and vanilla. (Contains Lactose)

BLACK SHEEP STOUT

A dark, roasty, and creamy stout that’s slightly sweet with a hint of chocolate.

MANA SELTZER

A full-bodied hard seltzer base with rotational flavor infusions.

ABV: 6.5% IBU: 0 SRM: 0
